Ordering FAQ

Yes, you can enter any shipping address you like, so long as it is deliverable by USPS in the United States.  To add or change your shipping address click on the “Check Out” link in the upper right of the header.  The Billing form and Shipping address from will appear for you to fill out or edit.

We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. We store NO credit card information on our servers.  All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

Navigate to the product page you are interested in and click on “Add To Cart” button.  In most cases, but not all, you will need to select from the options (such as size, color, style) above the Add To Cart button before you can place the item in your shopping cart.   Your item will appear in the header with links to your Cart and to Check Out Page.

You can continue shopping for other items, proceed to your shopping cart for review, or go straight to the Check Out Page.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address, can it be fixed or does the order need to be cancelled?

If your order has been shipped we have no control over it and contact the U.S. Postal Service or a person at the shipping to address.

We try to match all sizes tu U.S. Standard Sizes. We also try to enter sizes in inches where we can. However, if you are not sure please contact us and leave us your sizes such as Bust, Waist, Hips, Height. along with the item(s) you are interested in. We will match you with the best fit.

If you are worried the item will sell out then purchase it and leave a note with the order about your size information. Again we will match the item for your best fit. If we can’t we will refund and cancel the order at your request.

Item must be returned in same condition received and in original packaging.

To return the item customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by using the Contact Us form.
Items returned without a RAN number may not be correctly credited to customers account.
Upon receiving returned products a replacement, store credit, or refund will be sent as per customer request.
SORRY, since we ship most items for free, we cannot provide return postage for returned items.

Returning Intimate Apparel Items*
Please note, due to State and Federal Health Regulations, intimate apparel (underwear, panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, nipple covers, nubra, wigs and wig accessories)can not be resold.
Any of these items returned will be discarded, or donated to a charity. We would not pay good money to receive a used panty, and don’t think you would buy from a store that sells used any of these used items.

Please Inspect Your Order As Soon As You Receive It.  If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective we will replace it, issue a store credit, or refund.
