Ordering FAQ

  1. If you have not yet paid just remove the item or items from your shopping cart by clicking on the  encircled “X” next to the item image.  You can also remove it by clicking the little  “x” above the item list in the header.
  2. If you are in the Check Out Page, navigate back to your Cart and follow the above procedure.
  3. If you change you mind before you receive notice that the item or items have been shipped, contact us via email or phone and we will cancel the order and refund the payment.
  4. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel the order.  You will need to do merchandise “Returns“.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address, can it be fixed or does the order need to be cancelled?

No problem so long as your order has not been shipped. Just contact us via the Contact page or call us at our phone number 281-671-4487.

If your order has been shipped we have no control over it and contact the U.S. Postal Service or a person at the shipping to address.

Returning Non Intimate Items
We accept returns withing 30 days of any non-intimate items for any reason.
Item must be returned in same condition received and in original packaging.

To return the item customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by using the Contact Us form.
Items returned without a RAN number may not be correctly credited to customers account.
Upon receiving returned products a replacement, store credit, or refund will be sent as per customer request.
SORRY, since we ship most items for free, we cannot provide return postage for returned items.

Returning Intimate Apparel Items*
Please note, due to State and Federal Health Regulations, intimate apparel (underwear, panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, nipple covers, nubra, wigs and wig accessories)can not be resold.
Any of these items returned will be discarded, or donated to a charity. We would not pay good money to receive a used panty, and don’t think you would buy from a store that sells used any of these used items.

Please Inspect Your Order As Soon As You Receive It.  If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective we will replace it, issue a store credit, or refund.  

*If you have canceled your order after it was shipped but before it arrived, you will be able to return it so long as it has not been opened.  Please contact us for instructions.  Kari
